- AI-generated imagery for video scenes
- Neural text-to-speech voiceover generation
- Automated video assembly with captions, effects, and motion
- Social media publishing integrations (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The content generated through the Service, including its legality, accuracy, and appropriateness
- Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Complying with the terms of service of third-party platforms when publishing content
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials
- Any content published through your connected social media accounts
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or publish content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Generate or publish content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Generate or publish misleading or deceptive content, including deepfakes intended to deceive
- Violate the terms of service or community guidelines of any third-party platform
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
5. Intellectual Property
Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the video content generated through the Service using your inputs.
Platform IP: The Kuvia name, logo, branding, source code, and underlying technology are and shall remain the exclusive property of Kuvia.
AI-Generated Assets: Images and voiceovers are generated via third-party AI services. The intellectual property status of AI-generated content is subject to the terms of those respective services.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party APIs and platforms including but not limited to DeepSeek, ElevenLabs, Replicate, Pollinations, Cloudinary, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. We do not guarantee the availability or reliability of these services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KUVIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause.
